Terms of Use / Angel Policy

All illustrations are original, hand-drawn creations by me, Maurie J. Manning (MJM), and are protected by copyright. These Terms of Use apply to any digital illustrations you receive from me, whether through purchase, membership, or other authorized means.

✅ What You Can Do

• Create One-of-a-Kind (OOAK) handmade papercrafts using my images, as long as you hand-color them yourself.

• Sell those handmade items individually (e.g., greeting cards).

• Combine ("merge") images only with other MJM images, unless you email me for permission.

❌ What You May Not Do

• Redistribute my images in any way — including copying, lending, emailing, uploading, reselling, or sharing with others.

• Sell or distribute pre-colored images (including ones you color digitally and print multiple times).

• Use my artwork to create:

  • Embroidery files

  • Needlework patterns

  • Digitized versions of my rubber stamps

• Sell framed colored images or unembellished toppers. (Toppers may be sold only if they’re significantly embellished.)

NOTE: Pre-colored images are for personal use only. Projects made using pre-colored images may not be sold.

⚠️ Additional Notes

• Please watermark all project photos with your name — to help protect both your copyright and mine.

• Please keep my copyright mark visible:

  • Ideally near the artwork

  • Or on the back of your handmade piece

• If you're teaching a coloring class in a physical store, email me for permission.

Sharing is stealing. Even if done with good intentions, it takes income away from working artists.

Your purchase gives you a limited license to use my illustrations — not to share or distribute them.
